Returns and Exchanges on Baskets, Kits, Wreaths, and Custom Orders
Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. These products are made from natural materials and thus color, size and other cosmetic variations are to be expected. If you are experiencing an issue with your order, please contact us at mindfulgardensmaine@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos so we can determine the right next steps.
Shipping Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (with photos of the product) within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An item is considered damaged if it arrives and is visually damaged and unable to function as intended. Color, size and other cosmetic variations are not included as damage and will not be refunded. We are not responsible for mail service delays.
Product Lead Time
Our products are hand-made and made-to-order at the following estimated lead times -
Pre-made Baskets / Pre-made Wreaths - 2 - 3 weeks
Kits - 1 week
Custom Baskets / Custom Wreaths - 2 - 4 weeks
The lead time does not include the shipping time. If you purchase an item with a lead time of 2-3 weeks, it will be ready to ship by no later than 3 weeks and shipping will be added in addition to that time, the same is true for all other lead times. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact mindfulgardensmaine@gmail.com to sort out the details before you order or you will not receive your order in time.
Custom Order Cancellations
You have 24 hours to cancel a “custom” order for a basket or wreath. Please contact us at mindfulgardensmaine@gmail.com to confirm cancellation. After 24 hours, cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of Mindful Gardens - Baskets by Maré.
Pre-made Order Cancellations
Orders for pre-made baskets, wreaths and kits cannot be cancelled after 24 hours unless approved at the discretion of Mindful Gardens - Baskets by Maré. Please contact us at mindfulgardensmaine@gmail.com to confirm cancellation.
Workshop Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you reserved your spot for a workshop that means we have prepared a space for you.
Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded to your original method of payment in up to 10 business days or according to your bank’s processing times.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will receive a partial refund to be determined by the cost of materials for the class that you have booked.
Please do not come to a workshop if you are sick or contagious. We understand that things happen so we will do our best to work with you in rescheduling if you do not wish to cancel your class for a partial refund. Please contact us at mindfulgardensmaine@gmail.com to confirm cancellation or rescheduling.
In the event that the teacher cancels the class, you will be fully refunded to your original method of payment in up to 10 business days or according to your bank’s processing times.
Refunds
If a refund is to be issued for any reason, it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method in up to 10 business days or according to your bank’s processing times. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mindfulgardensmaine@gmail.com
