Workshops

Welcome to our workshops page! Below you can find all the active workshops available for sign up. Spaces are limited and we encourage early sign up as classes do fill up quickly. All workshops typically last 3 hours and are run by Maré in her workshop in Wiscasset. Check out our F.A.Q. on the Know Before You Go page for all the details you may need before attending a class. If you still have questions please contact us here.

Beginners are welcome in every class but we encourage a foundational class such as the napkin/muffin basket or bread basket class to become comfortable with weaving basics. If you don’t see a class you are interested in, please let us know your ideas! We try to rotate classes each month and are open to suggestions.

The backpack - simply put, is designed to be a backpack (though it does not have a top)! It is big enough to cover your basic carrying needs outside the house while being small enough for comfortable use all day. When not in use it is a great display basket to hold whatever you can imagine.
